Hon Babirye Milly Babalanda
Hon. Babirye Milly Babalanda, the Minister for the Presidency, is undoubtedly one of Uganda’s most impactful and inspiring political figures. Her dedication and loyalty to the party eventually earned her a position as Deputy Resident District Commissioner (RDC) in Busia District.
